Main features

1. Equipped with PLC control system, the PSJ-1500 EPS batch pre-expander can achieve automatic cycle production.
2. Its pipeline system is simple and easy to maintain.
3. The EPS batch pre-expander employs one 2.2kw blower to feed and discharge materials, so as to greatly increase the feeding and discharging speed and lower the energy consumption.
4. With the automatic screw feeding device and electronic weighing device, the machine can increase the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.

5. Equipped with enclosed foam tank, the EPS batch pre-expander can achieve high thermal efficiency, use few vapors, and save more than 50% energy than the EPS continuous pre-expander.
6. Using the high efficient fluidized bed dryer, the EPS batch pre-expander can conduct fluidized drying, automatic screening, material crushing, and also can control the blower to automatically transport the materials into ripening tank.
7. Its electric elements, valve and so on are all the branded products so as to ensure the machine's operation stability, reliability and long service life.
