1. The PSZ100-200T automatic vacuum shape molding machine adopts PLC programmable controller, touch screen and steel plate welding structure, so as to greatly increase the whole rigidity and hardness.
2. It adopts high pressure feeding mode featured high speed and full feeding. Totally 25 to 37 automatic feeding guns can be installed for once feeding.
3. With the vacuum system, the machine can accelerate molding speed, reduce cooling time and lower the water content of finished products.
4. With the hydraulic system adopting the differential fast device, then the machine can improve the travel speed of

movable mold whose maximum speed can be about 200mm/s and save more than 40% energy consumption.
5. Its double-switch charging bucket (horizontal type) uses switch control system, so as to greatly reduce the waste rate caused by the material shortage.
6. The automatic vacuum shape molding machine has unique drainage and vacuum system, thus it can facilitate the mold installation and improve the drainage capacity.
7. The vertical-type vacuum barrel with spraying device can greatly improve the vacuum efficiency.
