Expandable polystyrene resin is a low-boiling liquid foaming agent added to polystyrene beads, and under the condition of heating and pressure, it penetrates into the polystyrene beads to make them swell to make a foamable polystyrene foam. Expandable polystyrene resin (beads), and then pre-expanded, cured, molded and dried EPS products. The Production Line that needs to be used are: pre-expander machine, fluidized drying bed, feeding device, curing bin, EPS Block Moulding Machine, EPS Shape Moulding Machine, drying equipment, handling equipment, EPS Cutting Machine, packaging palletizer machine. Process route: pre-aging→curing→forming→drying→cutting (plate) and packaging.
