1. High strength frame
The EPS foam moulding machine made by high quality steel plate. After welding and pre-machining ,machine main frame is processed with stress relief annealing treatment. Whole machine is processed with abrasive blasting,electrostatic spray and anti-corrosion treatment, ensure the equipment non-rust, non-corrosion and non-deformation in working.
2. Safety design
With safety designing, if it’s in overload state, the machine will stop automatically.
3. Smooth working and easy maintenance
Adopts metal support legs and platform which is more convenient to inspect and maintenance.
4. Steam control system
Main steam pipe is equipped with steam pressure-reducing & stabilizing valve , ensure steam working stably and save more energy. This will save the energy ,ensure little steam fluctuation, good for making high quality products.
5. Pressure adjusting system
The EPS moulding machine adopts 8 lines pressure adjusting system, ensure the optimized consumption of steam,air, cooling water and material feeding . Any practical pressure(steam, air, cooling water or clamping pressure for hydraulic mold ) lower than the setting value, the machine will alarm and stop automatically to ensure products’ quality.
6. Vacuum cooling system
The machine adopts vacuum cooling primary & water cooling assistant technology, high temperature de-mould, mold stripping products low moisture content, save drying time.
7. Specially hydraulic system
Special hydraulic-design makes the moving-mold-forwarding-speed reach max.180mm/s, system running reliable, stable,and smoothly , no creeping, no leaking, heating in a reasonable range.
8. Electric control System
Adopts Schneider control system, using advanced and reliable PLC and huge 10 inches touch screen, friendly operation, satisfy running and beautiful appearance . Main valve, control, detecting elements are imported from famous brand, energy saving and technology stable.

Hydraulic system
a.Special designed hydraulic station can achieve multi-speed open & close control. The maximum closing speed can reach 265 mm/s
b.With multi-speed mould closing and opening control, machine works more effcient and stable
c.Moulding moving distance is controlled by digital encoder which lead to the smoothly speed conversion, no pause, no impact.

Control System
A. The PLC system adopt Schneider programmable controller
B. Main electric parts use first grade brand in China and world wide like Schneider, AirTAC, Yoshitake, ESG, etc.
C. Control system is designed to meet different production requirements for various EPS Foam packaging products.

Pipe System
A. The EPS foam moulding machine adopts large diameter steam valve control, reduce heating time and enerhy saving.
B. Using balance valve or proportional vale to control the main steam pipe, with high and low pressure dual pressure control, to achieve double-sided penetration and different keeping pressure Different pressure setting, optimize the heating process, reduce steam energy consumption
C. Large-diameter exhaust valve setting, shorter feeding time and more effective.
D. Compressed air is controlled by balance valve. The pressure is adjusted timely, largely reduce electric consumption.
