The hopper we make it half closed,it can stop the material powder comes out when crushing,and also you can add an air filter on the top of the hopper（normally no need for the filter）,and the hopper is not high, you can feed the material by hand. The hopper can be opened by hand,it is easy for the user to clean the crusher tank, there is a safety switch on the hopper, when you open the hopper, all the machine power will be shut. So the user do not need to worry about the safety.
For the crusher, we use two shaft crusher on this type of machine, one shaft is welded by 9 sets of blades, and the other one is welded by 10 sets of blades. Each blade is interlaced in different angle. This design can make the blades grab the material,and force the material geting down to the barrel. Two shafts are driven by two gearbox separately. There is also a screen at the bottom of the crusher tank to filter the material , this design of blade can crush the Expanded Polystyrene,EPE,XPS….most of the foam material can be crushed by this unit.
After the crusher, the material will fall down into the barrel, and in the barrel there is a conical screw, with this design ,the material can be melted well than the other screw. There are three ceramic heaters on the screw, each heater separate into two parts, one parts is broken the other is still working. The heaters can be used for a long time. And in the mold head there are two heating stick bars which is made by stainless steel. The mold can be open when the user finish one shifting working, it is very convenient for the user to clean the material in the mold head. Also there is a steel cover at the head of the mold to prevent the people’s hand touching the hot material. The control box is stand on the machine, it is easy for the user to touch the button, and there are two emergency stop, one is on the panel and the other one is on the machine.
