The EPS Foam Cornice Molding Machine is driven by hydraulic pressure with a fast/slow differential system to ensure the precise time for mould opening and closing in a n economized time and stable operation.

Foam Cornice Molding Machine is integrated with international advanced electronic original components with PLC and a touch screen Chinese displayer.

The Machine works in two modes: normal feeding and pressure feeding of material , and the two models can be switched as per the structure and form of mould. It is optional for full automatic, semi-automatic an manual operating method.

Various of heating methods can be optionally used as per the product form so as to ensure the product quality. A vacuum and negative pressure system can ensure a low water content, rapid shaping, and short drying period (or without drying).

The Machine Features:

Made by high quality steel plate. After welding and pre-machining, machine main frame is processed with stress relief annealing treatment. Whole machine is processed with abrasive blasting, electrostatic spray and anti-corrosion treatment, ensure the equipment non-rust, non-corrosion and non-deformation in working.

With safety designing, if it’s in overload state, the machine will stop automatically.

Adopts metal support legs and platform which is more convenient to inspect and maintenance.

Main steam pipe is equipped with steam pressure-reducing & stabilizing valve , ensure steam working stably and save more energy. This will save the energy ,ensure little steam fluctuation, good for making high quality products.

Adopt 8 lines pressure adjusting system, ensure the optimized consumption of steam,air, cooling water and material feeding . Any practical pressure(steam, air, cooling water or clamping pressure for hydraulic mold ) lower than the setting value, the machine will alarm and stop automatically to ensure products’ quality.

Adopts vacuum cooling primary & water cooling assistant technology, high temperature de-mould, mold stripping products low moisture content, save drying time.

Special hydraulic-design makes the moving-mold-forwarding-speed reach max.280mm/s, system running reliable, stable,and smoothly , no creeping, no leaking, heating in a reasonable range.

Adopts Schneider control system, using advanced and reliable PLC and huge 10 inches touch screen, friendly operation, satisfy running and beautiful appearance.
