High Quality Mould Adjustable EPS Block Moulding Machine Main Features
Adjustable EPS Block Moulding Machine is welded with high-quality steel and subjected to aging heat treatment to make the machine high strength, non-deformation, and can withstand the expansion force of high-density products.
The machine adopts PLC full computer touch screen display control, which enables the machine to mold opening, clamping, feeding, heating, heat preservation, vacuum cooling, demoulding finished products, and realize fully automatic cycle operation.
The surface of the machine cavity is made of special aluminum alloy stainless steel main board, which has high heat conduction efficiency, good tensile strength and long service life.
The EPS Block Molding Machine is integrated with overseas advanced and special penetrating and heating techniques for shaping, and a high pressure suction fan for material feeding, cooling with a strong penetrability, favorable adhensivitity, low consumption of steam, high speed of shaping and low water content so as to ensure the uniformity of inside and outside of the product.
The cassette mechanism of the machine applies a synchronous transmission with a large adjustable range of rise and fall so as to realize its multipurpose application.
