Service Assurance: Zhenyou Technology has established a complete quality assurance system and after-sales service system, always putting product quality and service in the first place, monitoring the whole process from product design to after-sales service, and truly providing customers with manufacturer-level services.

System Management: Provide system services such as technical consultation and complaints 24 hours a day.

Whole Process Tracking: For each customer, Zhenyou Technology will have a special person to pay regular telephone or email return visits to listen to service opinions, track service quality, establish service files, long-term tracking, and provide customers with professional pre-sales technical support, including: Scheme design, drawing of drawings, budget plan, etc. On sale: installation guidance, construction training and after-sales full service.
